By showing the amount of dollars spent from a member's lifetime maximum (in this case Infertility), the member always knows how much money they have left to spend and can make financial decisions accordingly.
Today, this information is only able to be obtained by contacting customer service and requesting an audit be completed, which takes approximately 7 days and then is mailed to the patient.
Allowing members to view this information on myuhc in real time would be a significant improvement in member experience.
