C&S Personalized Member Home Page

UHC Community and State requires a personalized member home page (dashboard) for its online member experience. UHC/Rally/OptumTech are partnering to deploy a consistent digital member experience in alignment with rally and UHC Digital experience platform program. Members will have access to member home page to manage plan - self serve online.
